mixed feelings on this place

great locationrusted equipmentpoor dryer
the location was acceptable for walking around.
The gym was a real letdown. equipment looked like it hadn't been updated since the eighties. I saw rust on everything. the dryer in the laundry barely worked also. Clothes remained damp.

The location provided easy access to shopping and restaurants. The offsite car parking was close by and very convenient. Multiple entries and exits made things easier. The restaurant had DELICIOUS food and a great atmosphere.
I noted that the male staff on the front desk were not particularly friendly.

The reception staff were very cute. My room was clean and spacious. The TV had casting ability. I also found the bathroom to be a decent size.
The room was street facing. I was on a low floor and experienced noise from a leaf blower outside at 4 AM. The rooms do not have good soundproofing. It was very disruptive.

excellent location, great staff

helpful receptionistgreat locationclean bathroomuncomfortable sofa
the receptionists were really helpful. they assisted us in storing our luggage while we roamed around since we got there early prior check-in. the location is great for roaming around the cbd. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom is clean too. the cleaners were helpful and polite.
i was "upgraded" from a room with two double beds to one king and one sofa bed. the sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on for us, so we ended up sleeping three people in the king bed. the sofa bed took up much of the living space of the suite and partially blocked the door.
Dining
